I wanted to let everyone know that I have left inExordium, and to give the reasons for me doing so.
First, there are no hard feelings, and we separate on very good terms. My leaving has nothing to do with how we all get along. We all remain good friends. While it was my idea to leave, the guys understand where I am coming from and can see why I have left.
The reason I have left is that, after assessing my role in the band and the commitments I needed to make, I realized that I am not willing or able to make them. As the band has developed, what is required of each of us has increased, and will only continue to grow. I am unable to move to the new responsibilities and level of commitment. And I am not going to stay in the band unless I can give 100%.
It is time for me to make way for someone who is willing to step up to the task and passionately commit. The band continues, and is going full steam ahead. I'm expecting big things from the guys and I look forward to going to see them play live and to hearing new material from them.
I'd like to thank Andrew, Peter and Jayson for the great time I have had working with them, and everyone who has supported me and the band, and I wish inExordium every success.
